Lorraine Harrington (Area Manager & SENCO).

Lorraine is BTEC National Diploma Level 4 qualified, she joined the company on its opening day in 2005 as Deputy Manager at Rendlesham Day Nursery for 3 years before opening and successfully managing Bridge Farm Day Nursery in 2008. She is highly qualified and dedicated and in 2011 took on the role of Area Manager with overall charge of Rendlesham, Bridge Farm and our two after school clubs.

She has a daughter of her own and enjoys spending time with her going for days out to the beach and  the forest. In January 2015 Lorraine opened the "Bridge Farm Pre-school"  ensuring that the children attending have all the skills required for a smooth transition to primary school.

Joanne Brock (Manager)

Jo joined Bridge Farm Nurseries as a Nursery Nurse in Rendlesham in September 2006. It became quickly obvious that Jo had a fantastic talent for providing a fun and educational experience for children and she was soon made pre-school room supervisor. She is also extremely well organised and has great interpersonal skills for communication with parents and staff alike. Because of this she was made Deputy Manager at Bridge Farm Day Nursery. During her time as deputy she also gained experience supervising the toddler room. Shortly after this Jo became Manager of Bridge Farm Day Nursery (in 2011). Jo is NNEB level 3 qualified and now has three boys of her own. She has a proven track record of empowering staff and developing the nursery to be its best at all times.

Pamela Miller (Deputy Manager)

Pam joined Bridge Farm Day Nursery in 2009 having previously worked as a nursery nurse and a nanny. Pam quickly established herself as a vital member of our team and has progressed through being room supervisor to an office based deputy manager. Her cheerful and friendly personality is ideal for building  trusting relationships with the children and parents. Pam works alongside Jo, the manager, to help run the nursery and is responsible for keeping all the staff training up-to-date and relevant. She has a level 3 diploma in childcare and education and is first aid trained.

Rebecca Butler  (Ducklings Room Supervisor)

Becca joined Bridge Farm Day Nursery in 2016 having previously worked as a nursery nurse / deputy manager in a small day nursery. As well as being the baby room supervisor, Becca is also a qualified SENCo.  Becca has a calm and patient nature and provides a warm and loving atmosphere for the babies in her care. With the experience that she has bought with her from her previous job, she is keen to implement new ideas and help make the baby room a warm and exciting place for babies to grow and develop.

Jessica Pulham  (Lambs Room Supervisor)

Jess is the Toddler Room Supervisor at Bridge Farm Day Nursery. Jess started with the company as a nursery nurse in the toddler room in 2014 and became room leader in 2015. Her rise from nursery nurse to room supervisor has been down to hard work, a cheerful attitude and a genuine ability to encourage the children to have great fun whilst learning. Jess is a fantastic member of staff who has built a great rapport and trust with the children and the parents. She is well organised and plans wonderful activities for the children ensuring each child's needs are met and their interests built on. Jess is lovely and calm and is a real asset to the team.

Susana Uru (Owls Room Supervisor)

Sue joined Bridge Farm Day Nursery in 2009 and immediately found her niche in the owls room for 2-3 year olds. After 3 years of superb childcare skills and dedication to each child's needs we asked her to be our owls room supervisor. Sue has all the attributes that children from the ages of 3-5 will thrive under. A calm but friendly nature and an ability to ensure that the children trust her and feel confident to fully express themselves in her company. Sue had previously worked as a room leader in Germany and she brought many of the skills and experience form that role to us. Sue has a level 3 qualification in pre-school practice which gives her the ideal skill set to run a successful and rewarding room. She has quickly become a vital part of the nursery team and we are very pleased to have her.

Stacey Carr (Butterflies Room Supervisor)

Stacey joined the company at Bridge Farm Nursery as a pre-school nursery nurse in January 2011. She through hard work and dedication progressed to being Pre-school room supervisor and has achieved a Level 6 degree qualification. She is now Supervisor at Bridge Farm's Pre-school leading a team of 4 staff and up to 24 children each day.

Stacey has a very calm influence on the children and particularly enjoys art and craft activities, she is extremely well liked by both parents and children.
